Universidad Santo Tomás, Medellín.http://hdl.handle.net/11634/13744Este artículo tiene como objetivo dar a conocer lo que se entiende por mobbing o acoso laboral, de igual manera, busca esbozar los efectos que tiene este accionar frente a la salud física, moral y psicológica del trabajador; se realizó por medio de un método cualitativo-descriptivo de investigación. El interés sobre el tema surgió al constatar que, en el país, no se cuenta con herramientas útiles para ayudar a contrarrestar dicha problemática; esto a su vez, se complementa con que los trabajadores acosados no denuncian en su gran mayoría dichas conductas. Entonces, este artículo se realiza, en primer lugar, con el fin de encontrar soluciones prácticas que ayuden a contener los efectos que tiene el mobbing en el contexto colombiano. De igual manera, y como segundo objetivo, se realizará una propuesta de política pública, la cual tiene como finalidad brindar medidas de prevención y de solución a dicha problemática.This article aimed to understand what is meant by mobbing or harassment at work, in the same way, sought to outline the effects that has this power against the physical, moral and psychological health of the worker; It is performed by means of a qualitative-descriptive research method. The interest on the issue arose to find that in the country, there is no useful tools to help counteract this problem. Then, this article is realized, first of all, in order to find practical solutions that help to contain the effects that the mobbing has in the Colombian context.
