Se fortalecieron la infraestructura tecnológica, los procesos técnicos, el repositorio institucional y las adquisiciones bibliográficas para apoyar el aprendizaje y la investigación. En cuanto a actividades culturales y académicas, se realizaron sesiones como hora del cuento, Feria del Libro Tomasino, Concursos de ortografía, Club de lectura “Don Quijote Rockstar”, Café con el autor, además de exposiciones y programas radiales. Se promovió el desarrollo de habilidades informacionales y el pensamiento crítico a través de talleres, capacitaciones y servicios no presenciales como: Donde lo necesites, Si te sirve llévalo, Letras viajeras y Tinder literario. El préstamo de materiales y el acceso a recursos bibliográficos continuaron siendo ejes fundamentales del servicio.During the second semester of 2023, the CRAI of Universidad Santo Tomás reported a total of 973,729 consultations in electronic resources and research tools, reflecting intensive use of its digital services. Technological infrastructure, technical processes, the institutional repository, and bibliographic acquisitions were strengthened to support learning and research. Cultural and academic activities included sessions such as Storytime, Tomasino Book Fair, Spelling Contests, the reading club “Don Quixote Rockstar”, Coffee with the Author, as well as exhibitions and radio programs. The development of information literacy skills and critical thinking was promoted through workshops, training sessions, and remote services such as Where You Need It, If It Helps, Take It, Traveling Letters, and Literary Tinder.
