This article describes the collective actions by the community of the neighborhood Ciudadela Colsubsidio-El Cortijo in Bogotá, which respond to the socio-environmental conflict between the State and the people over the dispute of the usage of the territory, during the period 2021- 2022. Through ethnomethodology, the factors that produce the socio-environmental conflict were identified, actions that responded to the conflict were systematized and the scope of those actions were analyzed. Therefore, it is said that in Ciudadela Colsubsidio- El Cortijo, the community is rethinking how to live in the neighborhood from a perspective of the right to the city.El siguiente artículo tiene como propósito describir las acciones colectivas por parte de la comunidad del barrio Ciudadela Colsubsidio-El Cortijo en Bogotá, que dan respuesta al conflicto socioambiental entre el Estado y los habitantes por la disputa sobre el uso del territorio, durante el periodo 2021-2022. A través de la etnometodología, se identificaron los factores que producen el conflicto socioambiental, se sistematizaron las acciones que responden al conflicto y se analizaron los alcances de dichas acciones.
