Se parte de la caracterización del acaparamiento como un delito penal económico que busca proteger el orden económico social, continua con el análisis de los elementos del tipo objetivo del delito,su status detipopenal en blanco y las normas extrapenales a las que remite para llegar finalmente a verificar las discrepancias entre el tipo y las leyesa las que remiteque pueden llevar al actor a operar bajo error de tipo.This article analyzes the error, its definitions and consequences, and more specifically, the results of acting under this figure in the crime of hoarding.
