The agricultural sector in Colombia faces various problems that affect production systems, and addressing them is essential to guarantee adequate and sustainable supply. Among these problems, low productive efficiency and economic profitability stand out; as well as the low level of technology and training, which negatively impacts the profitability of producers, hindering the economic sustainability of the sector. In this way, it is essential to carry out continuous research processes and access to technological innovation to face the problems of the agricultural sector and move towards more sustainable and efficient production. One of the most relevant systems is that of bovine milk production, which requires the application of biotechnologies aimed at improving milk production and increasing productivity and quality.

This document aims to present the state of the art of reports and literature about clean production and its strategies, such as the circular economy and renewable energies. The objective is to present the evolution of this topic in Colombia and to understand how aspects such as the circular economy and production with clean technologies have allowed organizations to achieve added value in their management and contribute to their competitiveness. In recent years, many studies have been conducted on the effect of industrialization on the environment and its impact: effects on the earth's crust and the different species of fauna and flora, and the depletion of non-renewable natural resources. The consequences of the greenhouse effect have also been studied, a phenomenon caused by the warming of the atmosphere and the concentration of greenhouse gases, which has increased the earth's temperature, affecting the normal climate cycle with severe droughts and rains that affect rural and urban areas at a global level. To counteract this situation, organizations are developing strategies that allow them to have a cleaner production and thus have a more positive impact on the planet. Among these strategies is the implementation of the circular economy and clean energy production, which help improve organizations' processes and competitiveness. This document is the result of the research strategy implemented with members belonging to the study group of the Inclusive Business and Shared Value academic space and MBA graduates. This research was conducted to develop and strengthen the issue of business competitiveness in a sustainable way by proposing an alternative solution to companies in Colombia and, in general, to the country, with the circular economy as the main topic.

Abstract en inglés del proyecto (Máximo 20 líneas): The basis of the adjustments and updates of curricula for Administration, and the renewal of content and the name of the subjects, has emerged from studies and analysis to changes in social , economic and cultural pressures that generate large management education . Nevertheless , it is necessary to identify whether adjustments and updates of curricula for Administration, and the contents and the name of the courses are transferred in the formation of student to professional involved , participate and satisfactorily answer the needs of organizations , contributing to its improvement and ensuring survival, social and economic performance of production units and services, also raising the criteria of effectiveness and efficiency . Just inquiring to graduate , we can get real information about their occupational activity and the impact of their activities on the mission of the organization. To find a different scenario , as a subaltern , lagged the performance of any operational functions , force us to rethink the curriculum and educational intentions . If so , it is necessary to return to the Administration as a field of knowledge which should ensure the development of organizations and their efficient management, which has significant responsibilities to the country and its change process, by applying models that respond to the contexts real in which organizations operate. The results of the research require updating the curriculum through the reality of the context in which the graduates exercise performance, a departure is observed in terms of profile training and graduate profile , partly thwarting the intentions of the training program , even when reality is observed in regions leading to the conclusion that adjustments should also respond to the specificities and characteristics of the economy, social and cultural development of each region , not individualizing the program for each context of each region , but articulating this context to training purposes.

The project focuses on designing a sustainable self-management model Ecoturistico in Colombia from the experience case mayapo guajira, was identified in the community lack of associativity and organization to carry out their activities which leads to not create value in the services offered to customers , the model will allow to dispose, direct, order or organize to achieve the proposed objectives. What results in a saving of resources and an improvement in the motivation and involvement of the community, provide an added value of confidence in the activity of innovation in the self-managed organization, and execute with operational excellence, in the same way it considers the use of the human and natural resources that allow the development of a sustainable tourism enterprise having as a reference the self-management and the value chain. Therefore, the following objectives are proposed for the development of the research: Carry out a diagnosis that identifies the variables that potentiate or hinder self-management for sustainable ecotourism. Analyze the sources of competitive advantage within the ecotourism value chain: Mayapo case. Characterize the type of sustainable ecotourism enterprise itself for the development of the model. The proposed research follows a type of descriptive and correlational study, taking into account variables of historical and socioeconomic research corresponding to the mixed methodological perspective (qualitative and quantitative) and the methodology of the Participatory Action Research - IAP, presented by Orlando Fals Borda in coherence with the need to approach the study in the Mayapo region from a praxeological perspective

The project entitled "Evaluation of the volume of slaughter of animals of the equine species in an authorized slaughter plant located in the municipality of Mosquera (Cundinamarca) and analysis of the traceability of the meat" had as an objective to determine the slaughter volume of animals of the equine species in an authorized slaughter plant called "Los Cristales Sacrifice Plant", which is classified as class II according to INVIMA (2011) and has a sanitary operating license for the slaughter of animals of the equine species as bovine. As a result, a report on equine meat trade was presented both nationally and internationally. Subsequently, the information was collected following the methodology described in the project in the period between November 2011 to January 2012, for which a total of 4655 slaughtered animals were reported, with an average per month. of 1555 horses slaughtered. Likewise, this project evaluated production variables such as live weight, slaughter weight and carcass yield of the animals slaughtered during the study period. For which, a total of 10 samples or lots of animals were evaluated, finding an average of the live weight variable of 254.8 + 44.2 Kg, of weight in channel of 140.1 + 28.9 Kg and an average total of the channel performance variable of 54.7 + 3.9%. Similarly, we measured these variables by sex, finding that males present better averages than females of the equine species. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics in the Microsoft Excel program (2007). Finally, the origin of the slaughtered animals was determined, finding that the animals come from farms located in the departments of Casanare, Cundinamarca, Cordoba, Meta and Arauca. Finally, it is proposed to extend the number of samples to 300 animals, as sample size and to collect information related to the destination of equine products and by-products obtained in the slaughter plant in order to determine some parameters related to the traceability of the meat and formulating a strategy for new markets.

The project entitled "Evaluation of the percentage of pregnancy in zebu cows submitted to an IATF protocol using straws of the Wagyu breed" aims to evaluate the percentage of pregnancy in commercial type zebu cows subjected to a protocol of artificial insemination at fixed time using straws of the red Wagyu breed as an improving factor for the meat production of the bovine production systems of the Colombian tropics. The study will be developed in a farm located in the municipality of Coyaima (Tolima). The methodology to be developed begins with the selection of 30 commercial Cebu type cows with an age range of 3 to 6 years and a body condition of 2.5 to 4 (score 1 to 5). In addition, the sanitary and reproductive conditions of the animals will be taken into account. Subsequently, they will be submitted to a heat synchronization protocol like this: Day 0: insert DISP P4 + 2 cc BE; Day 8: DISP + 2 cc PGF2 α + 1 mg ECP withdrawal. The cows will be inseminated with semen of the red Wagyu breed as a factor of the meat production. The determination of the pregnancy will be made 45 days after insemination by rectal palpation and will be confirmed by ultrasound evaluation. The data will be processed in the statistical package Statistical Analysis System (SAS), through a chi-square analysis, where the percentage of pregnancy will be evaluated.

The project was to determine the amount of sacrifice of animals of the equine species and carry out the characterization of the marketing system of animals and meat of the equine species around a processing plant located in the municipality of Mosquera (Cundinamarca). Qualitative variables were evaluated as quantitative as sex and weight (BW), hot carcass weight (PCC) and carcass yield (RC) from the slaughtered animals. Six wholesale marketers were surveyed and characterized by analyzing qualitative and quantitative variables related to the general information of the owner, purchase of animals, conditions of carriage horses for slaughter, sale and marketing of horse meat and usable products. We quantified a total of 5946 animals slaughtered at an average of 1487 animals / month. He reported the following averages: for PV (259.9 + 2.7 kg), PCC (144.6 ± 1.7 kg) and RC (55.4 + 0.21%). As for the variables PV, PCC and RC regarding sex of slaughtered animals, the major averages were obtained by the males. As for the characterization of the marketing system found that marketers engaged in this activity from long ago and to date belong to any unionization. Horses for slaughter from the departments of Casanare, Meta, Arauca, Sucre, Caldas and Valle del Cauca. The parameters used by marketers purchase in order of importance are the weight, body condition, price, condition, age and sex. It was found that the transport conditions of these animals are deficient. The volume of animals slaughtered by trader varies from 21 to 80 animals/week, being the main destination of the meat processing industry, followed by fresh meat outlets in the city of Bogota. Finally, we found that no records a brand marketer, use marketing strategies and export of the meat product made. In conclusion, the meat chain of the equine species in our country has a low development from the point of view of production and agribusiness, mainly due to factors related to the absence of equine production systems, low number of specialized mills, hiding in the market, coupled with consumer rejection due to ignorance of the nutritional benefits of meat and a cultural factor, which has prevented its expansion into new domestic and international markets.
