Abstract
Este documento se presenta como opción de grado para obtener el título de Profesional en Negocios Internacionales, reflejando el Plan de Mejora para potenciar el sector turístico del municipio de Lenguazaque, específicamente desde la labor que realiza la administración municipal, en cabeza del Alcalde Francisco López, junto con los objetivos de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Social, los cuáles le han apostado al talento humano y su capacidad de trabajar para dejar huella, por ello, decidieron darle una oportunidad al turismo e intentar implementar un enfoque diferente en la economía del municipio, pronosticando que a largo plazo, sea una alternativa tan buena como la minería para las familias lenguazaquenses.
También se dará a conocer los aspectos que requieren atención dentro de la labor turística en el municipio de Lenguazaque, junto con la evolución y evaluación de la misma, para la cual se tuvo en cuenta desde las diferentes tradiciones culturales, religión y costumbres hasta las actividades económicas que se realizan en el municipio en torno al turismo; para finalmente, brindar posibles alternativas a los aspectos a mejorar.
Abstract
This document is presented as a degree option to obtain the title of Professional in International Business, reflecting the Improvement Plan to promote the tourism sector of the municipality of Lenguazaque, specifically from the work carried out by the municipal administration, headed by Mayor Francisco López, together with the objectives of the Social Development Secretariat, which have bet on human talent and their ability to work to leave a mark, therefore, they decided to give tourism a chance and try to implement a different approach in the municipality's economy, forecasting that in the long term, it is an alternative as good as mining for families from Lenguaza.
The aspects that require attention within the tourist work in the municipality of Lenguazaque will also be announced, along with its evolution and evaluation, for which the different cultural traditions, religion and customs were taken into account, as well as the activities economic activities carried out in the municipality around tourism; to finally provide possible alternatives to the aspects to be improved.
