    This final work is based on the company ANDIAL AUTOS SAS, General Automotive Mechanics Workshop, the reason that motivates to develop the final work of degree is to demonstrate, verify and provide the knowledge acquired in the course of the developed course, in order to be better professionals and have analytical skills to the different situations that are presented under the new framework of RULES for PYMES. This work will serve to strengthen the knowledge both in the investigative part and in the development of the capacity to solve the problems that arise in the organization applying the knowledge acquired both in the academic part as in the work experience and also allow to have a second concept seen from the outside, which may serve as support and reference to make changes or adjustments, in their accounting policies or in different economic aspects in which a relevant change is seen.
