Abstract
De acuerdo a las necesidades de las víctimas del desplazamiento forzado, se evaluará la viabilidad de crear la Fundación para Víctimas de Desplazamiento Forzado (FUNVIDE), se proyectan dos líneas misionales, la primera será la orientación necesaria para realizar los procesos de beneficios que ofrece el estado a las víctimas, con el fin de que se les reconozcan y restablezcan sus derechos; y la segunda línea misional es el enfoque diferenciador, el cual se basa en adaptar programas de atención psicológica y capacitación técnica de acuerdo con las necesidades de la población víctima.
Abstract
According to the needs of the victims of forced displacement, the viability of creating the Foundation for Victims of Forced Displacement (FUNVIDE) will be evaluated, two mission lines are projected, the first one will be the necessary orientation to carry out the processes of benefits that the state offers to the victims, so that their rights are recognized and reestablished; and the second mission line is the differentiating approach, which is based on adapting programs of psychological attention and technical training according to the needs of the victim population.
