Abstract
Este trabajo de grado refleja la situación actual de la empresa Amatista joyas & accesorios, la cual fue legalizada el 21 de Julio de 2015 en la ciudad de Bogotá. Inicio hace siete años con la venta informal de accesorios en acero inoxidable y con el pasar del tiempo, los conocimientos adquiridos durante sus estudios, la pasión por crear empresa e iniciativa propia del autor, se dio apertura a la primera tienda ubicada en el barrio centro internacional, su desarrollo en el mercado a lo largo de un periodo de un año y el diagnóstico realizado, evidencia debilidades que pueden afectar la proyección del negocio. Partiendo de una fase de formulación la cual se desarrolló a través de un proyecto de estructura organizacional y administrativa, que soportado por diferentes herramientas y conocimientos plasman un proceso de investigación de variables internas y externas para el entendimiento y proyección del negocio. El cual surge a través de una iniciativa del autor, que inspirado por el crecimiento de su empresa y generación de empleo, como los conocimientos de la administración, adquiridos durante su carrera.
Abstract
This degree work reflects the current situation of the Amethyst jewelry & accessories company, which was legalized on July 21, 2015 in the city of Bogotá. Started seven years ago with the informal sale of accessories in stainless steel and with the passing of time, the knowledge acquired during his studies, the passion for creating a company and the author's own initiative, the first store located in the downtown neighborhood was opened. international market, its development in the market over a period of one year and the diagnosis made, evidence of weaknesses that may affect the projection of the business. Starting from a formulation phase which was developed through an organizational and administrative structure project, which, supported by different tools and knowledge, embodies a process of investigation of internal and external variables for the understanding and projection of the business. Which arises through an initiative of the author, inspired by the growth of his company and job creation, such as the knowledge of the administration, acquired during his career.
