Abstract
Los negocios ha entrado en una nueva fase de acuerdo a su evolución, que día a día van en aumento, pero de acuerdo a sus actividades y operaciones han interrumpido el crecimiento de las mismas, las cuales son obligadas a situarse en el hoy y visionar en el mañana. Esta Administración para las empresas modernas PYMES están divididas entre los diversos agentes a los que van a darse atribuciones y funciones especializadas, que deben articularse en un conjunto coherente. Para ello debe integrar a empresarios y promotores; administradores, técnicos y especialistas, que ocupen las posiciones claves en la organización y cuya acción se hace mostrar en las diferentes aéreas que tenga dicha empresa. Por esta razón es necesario que al tener un negocio sobre la mesa debe haber una técnica de innovación, rutinas y formulas estandarizas para que el avance sea tecnológico y sus productos tenga gran acogida. Con ello se busca básicamente garantizar la competitividad empresarial, nacional e internacional, en las cuales se logren mejores resultados recalcando la importancia de ser más eficaces y eficientes con el menor uso en las cantidades de sus recursos.
Abstract
Businesses have entered a new phase according to their evolution, which is increasing day by day, but according to their activities and operations they have interrupted their growth, which are forced to be in today and watch in the morning. This Administration for modern SMEs is divided among the various agents who are to be given specialized powers and functions, which must be articulated in a coherent set. To do this, it must integrate entrepreneurs and promoters; administrators, technicians and specialists, who occupy the key positions in the organization and whose action is shown in the different areas that the company has. For this reason it is necessary that when having a business on the table there must be an innovation technique, routines and standardized formulas so that the advance is technological and its products have a great reception. This basically seeks to guarantee business, national and international competitiveness, in which better results are achieved, emphasizing the importance of being more effective and efficient with the least use of the amounts of its resources.
