Abstract
El objetivo principal de esta gestión administrativa y financiera es diagnosticar la situación actual de la
empresa a partir del uso de conocimientos administrativos respaldados a lo largo de los años que permitan
evidenciar la importancia de las consultorías y el crecimiento que estas generan dentro de las organizaciones. A partir de esto poder sugerir a la organización un plan de acción que mejore el desempeño de la organización en las áreas administrativas y contables con las que esta cuenta y con esto además podemos generar un mayor reconocimiento dentro de su campo de acción.
Abstract
The main objective of this administrative and financial management is to diagnose the current situation of the
company from the use of administrative knowledge supported throughout the years that allow
demonstrate the importance of consultancies and the growth they generate within organizations. From this, we can suggest to the organization an action plan that improves the performance of the organization in the administrative and accounting areas that it has, and with this we can also generate greater recognition within its field of action.
