La noción de Estado esta intrínsecamente relacionada a la impresión fáctica de justicia que este provea a sus ciudadanos, esto será el punto drástico delimitante en una percepción binaria del dominio del poder que tiene el Estado. En consecuencia, a ello, los fallos en el cuadro de administración referente al cuidado y protección de la legitimidad, en concordancia con su función como principal actor desde su rol de administrador y gestor de la violencia, son puntos que demarcaran una postura que será justificante para retribuir justicia desde la violencia e intimidación como fuentes directas de criminalidad. A consecuencia de estas vejaciones a la percepción del Estado, se genera un paradigma en las regiones más afectadas por la violencia y el conflicto armado, donde se cuestiona la guerra interna desde la ausencia estatal. A partir del 2016 se evidenció un interés de protección a quienes vivieron los conflictos armados, firmando un acuerdo de paz con un grupo armado, y el plebiscito, entre otras medidas, pero estas son solo medidas paliativas al problema subyacente de la criminalidad en Colombia y la acción estatal y la justicia.
The notion of the state is intrinsically related to the factual impression of justice it provides to its citizens. This will serve as the critical defining point in a binary perception of the state's power domain. Consequently, failures within the framework of administration concerning the care and protection of legitimacy, in line with its role as the main actor in managing and administering violence, are factors that will mark a stance justifying the pursuit of justice through violence and intimidation as direct sources of criminality. As a result of these violations of the perception of the state, a paradigm emerges in regions most affected by violence and armed conflict, where the internal war is questioned due to state absence. Since 2016, there has been a noted interest in protecting those who have lived through armed conflicts, with a peace agreement being signed with an armed group, the referendum, among other measures. However, these are merely palliative measures addressing the underlying problem of criminality in Colombia, as well as the role of the state and justice.
