dc.descriptionEsta investigación pretende señalar el interés de algunos círculos de poder, entrecruzados en los ámbitos político-ideológico, económico y técnico, por llevar la mirada clínica al espacio doméstico en la primera mitad del siglo XX, a través de publicaciones didácticas, especializadas y masivas. El objeto de estudio es el de las literaturas técnicas2 del pasado reciente (higienistas en el área de la salud, conductistas en el de la moral y pedagógicas para los oficios manuales). Se estudia cómo unos modos de representación visual actúan a la manera de estrategias de control y, sobre todo, de prevención de los ilegalismos y las prácticas culturales que “atentan” contra el bienestar físico y mental de la sociedad; y, especialmente, cómo estas políticas de control se pueden extender al espacio doméstico, exento hasta entonces de las vigilancias institucionales. ABSTRACTThis research study aims to draw the interest of certain circles of power points on the political-ideological, economic and technical scopes, to keep a clinical eye for home in the first half of the twentieth century, through didactical, specialized and mass media publications. The subject of study are technical literatures in the recent past (hygienists in the health field, conductists in morality and pedagogical for the arts and crafts). Visual modes of representation are explored to find how they act as control strategies and, above all, as a prevention of illegal practices that “violate” against physical and mental wellbeing of society; and specially how these control policies can be extended to domestic space, hitherto exempt from institutional checks.es-ES
