International markets have been exposed to numerous health and geopolitical crises, impacting various sectors, particularly transnational companies. Therefore, the objective was to analyze the impact of health crises and geopolitical tensions on the financial indicators of transnational companies in the Materials, Mining, and Chemical Products sectors listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2023. A mixed exploratory methodology was employed, analyzing annual and quarterly reports. The sample included transnational companies operating in these sectors and listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange during the specified period. The findings suggest an increase in share prices and levels of short and long-term indebtedness, affecting the economic cycle and profit margins of the companies studied.
