dc.description	El presente artículo pretende analizar la importancia del derecho ambiental (Medio ambiente sano) en la base teórica normativa como un derecho fundamental en el sistema jurídico colombiano; la descripción permite discurrir acerca de la concurrencia de normas internacionales adoptadas por la legislación colombiana, normas de alcance constitucional y desarrollos jurisprudenciales, así como lo dispuesto por la Corte Constitucional, se revisaron fuentes legales como doctrinarias con el objetivo de mostrar esta naturaleza. Dentro de los antecedentes importantes de la revisión se encuentra la resolución aprobada en el año 2021 por el Consejo de Derechos Humanos A/HRC/RES/48/13 que reconoce como derecho humano al medio ambiente sano.	spa
dc.description.abstract	This article aims to analyze the importance of environmental law (healthy environment) in the normative theoretical basis as a fundamental right in the Colombian legal system; the description allows to discuss about the concurrence of international norms adopted by the Colombian legislation, norms of constitutional scope and jurisprudential developments, as well as the provisions of the Constitutional Court, legal and doctrinal sources were reviewed in order to show this nature. Among the important antecedents of the review is the resolution approved in 2021 by the Human Rights Council A/HRC/RES/48/13, which recognizes the human right to a healthy environment.	spa
