| dc.description | El presente estudio evalúa la factibilidad para la producción y comercialización de una línea de productos capilares elaborados con ingredientes naturales y sostenibles en el mercado colombiano. El análisis integra una revisión del entorno nacional e internacional del sector cosmético, identificando tendencias de consumo orientadas hacia la sostenibilidad, la funcionalidad y la preferencia por marcas con identidad local. Asimismo, se examinan las oportunidades de crecimiento del segmento capilar, caracterizado por una alta demanda de tratamientos de reparación, fortalecimiento y cuidado especializado. El estudio incorpora un plan de marketing que define el posicionamiento de la marca, los segmentos objetivo, la propuesta de valor y las estrategias de promoción multicanal para su introducción y escalamiento. De igual manera, se desarrolla un plan económico-financiero que proyecta los ingresos, costos, estructura de inversión y flujo de caja bajo escenarios pesimista, realista y optimista. Los indicadores financieros (VAN, TIR y PRI) muestran resultados favorables, demostrando la rentabilidad y sostenibilidad del proyecto. En conjunto, los hallazgos confirman que la iniciativa es viable desde las perspectivas comercial, técnica y financiera. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This feasibility study evaluates the production and commercialization of a haircare product line formulated with natural and sustainable ingredients for the Colombian market. The analysis includes an assessment of national and international industry trends, identifying a growing demand for sustainable, functional, and locally inspired cosmetic products. The study also examines market opportunities within the haircare segment, which shows strong consumer interest in repair, strengthening, and specialized treatment products. The project incorporates a marketing plan that outlines the brand positioning, target segments, value proposition, and multichannel promotional strategies required for market entry and growth. Additionally, the financial plan includes revenue projections, cost structure, investment requirements, and cash flow simulations under pessimistic, realistic, and optimistic scenarios. Financial indicators (NPV, IRR, and Payback Period) demonstrate positive outcomes, confirming the project’s profitability and long-term sustainability.
