El presente estudio tiene como finalidad establecer las estrategias para la
implementación de fuentes no convencionales de energía renovables, a partir de
la garantía de medidas normativas establecidas en el Estado colombiano en
materia de transición energética. Considerando la dependencia del sistema
energético en la actualidad de las fuentes de energía hidroeléctrica. Teniendo
como base una evolución normativa referente a otras FNER, se han venido
implementando estrategias que de manera paulatina contribuyen a avanzar
hacia el desarrollo de otras FNER. Se expondrá, en primer lugar, la evolución
normativa de las fuentes no convencionales de energía renovable en Colombia.
El desarrollo normativo pone de manifiestas las distintas FNER que pueden ser
aprovechadas considerando el potencial energético colombiano. En segundo
lugar, se analizan las directivas en materia de implementación de fuentes de
energía no convencionales renovables en la UE. Finalmente, se establecen
algunas de las estrategias actuales con mayor potencial respecto a la
implementación de fuentes no convencionales de energía renovables y
específicamente de eliminación de la dependencia de fuentes hídricas a gran
escala en Colombia
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to establish strategies for the implementation of
non-conventional renewable energy sources, based on the guarantee of
regulatory measures established in the Colombian State in terms of energy
transition. Considering the dependence of the energy system on hydroelectric
energy sources. Taking as a basis a normative evolution regarding other NREFs,
strategies have been implemented that gradually contribute to advance towards
the development of other NREFs. First, the regulatory evolution of non conventional renewable energy sources in Colombia will be presented. The
regulatory development shows the different NREF that can be exploited
considering the Colombian energy potential. Secondly, the directives on the
implementation of non-conventional renewable energy sources in the EU are
analyzed. Finally, some of the current strategies with the greatest potential for the
implementation of non-conventional renewable energy sources and specifically
for the elimination of dependence on large-scale water sources in Colombia are
established.
