dc.descriptionEl propósito de este estudio fue determinar la tasa de éxito de los tratamiento de conducto realizados por odontólogos generales en la ESE San Sebastián de la Plata Huila entre junio del 2015 a Enero del 2018. Materiales y métodos: Se realizó un estudio observacional retrospectivo donde se evaluaron 80 tratamiento endodónticos mediante examen clínico y evaluación radiográfica y los resultados se analizaron estadísticamente con una prueba de Chi-cuadrado con un valor de significancia de 5%. Resultados: El éxito de los tratamientos realizados por odontólogos generales es de 52.5% mientras que para indeterminados es de un 23.8% y fracaso 23.8% conclusiones: El presente estudio encontró el 52.5% de éxito en los tratamientos endodónticos realizados por odontólogos generales en la Ese San Sebastián del municipio de La Plata entre junio del 2015 a enero del 2018, se encontró que el cambio de color en dientes tratados endodonticamente podría tener una relación con el fracaso endodóntico el hallazgo se puede relacionar con la baja presencia de dientes con este cambio de color ya que fue menos de 10% y es algo recomendable a evaluar en futuros estudios.spa
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this document is determinate the success average of conduct treatments made by General Dentists in the ESE San Sebastian from La Plata Huila between June 2015 and January 2018. Materials and Methods: its made a research where we evaluate 80 endodontics treatments through medical tests and RX evaluation, the results were analyzed statistically with a Chi-cuadrado test with a significant value of 5%. Results: The success of the treatments done by general Dentist is 52.5% while that indeterminates was about 23.8% and failed 23.8%. Conclusions: The current study found 52.5% of success in the endodontics treatments made by general Dentists in the Ese San Sebastian from the town La Plata between June 2015 and January 2018, its found that the teeth color change treated endodontically may have a relation with the endodontic fails, the research can be match with the low presence of teeths with this color change since it was lower that 10% and is something suggested to be evaluated in futures studies.spa
