dc.descriptionAnterior open bite has been one of the malocclusions most difficult to treat and to obtain satisfactory and stable results. The understanding of its etiological factors is essential when it looks for the establishment of a diagnosis and an appropriate treatment for the patient. This article shows the case of a patient with previous open bite with dysfunctional deglutition dealt with preventive orthodontic by means of functional orthopaedic with SN3, that experiment correction of this alteration.en-US
