dc.descriptionIn the context of the Metropolitan Area of Cucuta, the municipality of San Cayetano lacks an intermediate planning instrument that enhances the development of rural land and allows defining infrastructure networks within the framework of the main ecological structure and productive activities of the territory. Therefore, a complementary methodological approach was applied, of a quantitative nature with qualitative support and based on a hermeneutical structure from which the theoretical, conceptual and normative bases of rural development are identified, structural elements of the physical diagnosis and Key spaces are formulated for the intervention of the territory, based on a territorial occupation strategy represented in an intermediate rural planning unit, aimed at generating comprehensive rural development.en-US
dc.descriptionEn el contexto del Área Metropolitana de Cúcuta, el municipio de San Cayetano adolece de un instrumento de planificación intermedia que potencialice el desarrollo del suelo rural y permita definir redes de infraestructura en el marco de la estructura ecológica principal y de las actividades productivas del territorio. Por lo tanto, se procedió a aplicar un enfoque metodológico complementario, de carácter cuantitativo con apoyo cualitativo y basado en una estructura hermenéutica a partir del cual se identifican las bases teóricas, conceptuales y normativas del desarrollo rural, a partir del cual se obtienen elementos estructurales del diagnóstico físico y se formulan espacios clave para la intervención del territorio, basados en una estrategia de ocupación territorial representada en una unidad de planificación rural intermedia,  orientada a generar un desarrollo rural integral.es-ES
