Resumen
Este artículo forma parte de los resultados de la investigación titulada Dinámicas sociales y derechos fundamentales en las instituciones educativas de seis colegios del área metropolitana, dentro de la cual se confrontaron los manuales de convivencia de las instituciones objeto de estudio con la jurisprudencia constitucional, referida a los alcances y limitaciones con que cuentan los centros educativos al momento de ejercer su potestad reguladora.
This article forms part of the results of the research entitled Social Dynamics and fundamental rights in the educational institutions of six schools of the metropolitan area, within which the manuals of coexistence of the institutions object of study were confronted with the constitutional jurisprudence, referred to the scopes and limitations that the educational centers have at the moment of exercising their regulatory power.
