dc.descriptionIn modern times, the society embraced reason, fully relying on science andprogress. This gave way to the death of God and irreligiosity, plunging it intoan existential vacuum. Disappointed, the postmodern society recognizes theneed to return to God, not through the great institutionalized religions, such asthe Catholic Church, but through relativistic and reductionist epiphenomenalforms. However, far from filling that existential void, it is intensified. In additionto this, the religious language is no longer significant for some believers,considering it irrelevant or distant; meaningless. How can we speak of God toa society seeking the meaning of life in this postmodern context? What is thebest form or the appropriate language? And what role does philosophy play inall this? From a religious and philosophical approach, and with an exploratoryscope, this work provides: 1) An outline on the characteristics of postmodernityand the need to believe in God; 2) The theme of God from philosophy; 3)The distortion of Christianity and the great paradox; and 4) How to talk aboutGod; an approach based on the testimony of faith, indirect communication, andanalogical hermeneutics.en
dc.descriptionEn la época moderna, la apuesta del hombre por la razón, su plena confianza en la ciencia y el progreso, dio paso a la muerte de Dios y a la irreligiosidad, sumiéndolo en un vacío existencial. Decepcionado, el hombre posmoderno reconoce la necesidad de volver a Dios, pero no a través de las grandes religiones institucionalizadas como la Iglesia Católica, sino a través de formas epifenoménicas relativistas y reduccionistas, que lejos de llenar ese vacío existencial, lo intensifican. Aunado a ello, el lenguaje religioso ha dejado de ser significativo para algunos creyentes, considerándolo ajeno o distante; carente de sentido. En este contexto posmoderno, ¿cómo hablar de Dios al hombre que busca un sentido de vida?, ¿cuál es la mejor forma o el lenguaje indicado? Y en todo esto, ¿qué papel juega la filosofía? Este trabajo expone desde un enfoque religioso y filosófico, y con un alcance exploratorio: 1) un esbozo sobre las características de la posmodernidad y la necesidad de creer en Dios; 2) el tema de Dios desde la filosofía y la crítica kierkegaardiana al cristianismo; y 3) cómo hablar de Dios; un acercamiento desde el testimonio de la fe, la comunicación indirecta y la hermenéutica analógica.es
