Resumen

Se realiza un estudio descriptivo, se evalúan y recolectan datos relacionados con conceptos, características, aspectos relevantes, y componentes de la realidad objeto de estudio en la investigación que tiene como fundamento el contenido teórico que refiere: marco normativo, generalidades, funciones, factores que inciden en el eficiente control y vigilancia de la ejecución del contrato y el respectivo análisis del régimen de responsabilidad que les corresponde, a fin de sustentar y confrontar como resultado de la recolección, análisis y presentación del informe de esta investigación, las falencias que se presentan en el seguimiento y vigilancia de la ejecución de la gestión contractual, a través de las figuras de supervisión y de interventoría, establecidas legalmente.

Abstract

A descriptive study is carried out, data related to concepts, characteristics, relevant aspects, and components of the reality under study are evaluated and collected in the research that is based on the theoretical content that refers: normative framework, generalities, functions, factors that affect the efficient control and surveillance of the execution of the contract and the respective analysis of the responsibility regime that corresponds to them, in order to support and confront as a result of the collection, analysis and presentation of the report of this investigation, the shortcomings that appear in the follow-up and supervision of the execution of the contractual management, through the figures of supervision and auditing, established by law.
