Resumen
En este primer avance de investigación sobre - Participación ciudadana en los Comités de Desarrollo y Control Social de las Comunas 5, 6 y 7 de Bucaramanga - , se pretende describir y caracterizar a partir de la presentación de los resultados correspondientes a la Comuna 7, la relación de la participación ciudadana en la funcionalidad de los comités de desarrollo y control social, desde la identificación de los solicitudes de los ciudadanos, el reconocimiento de los mecanismos utilizados para la posible consecución de soluciones a los requerimientos de la población. La anterior precisión, en el marco del Régimen de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios, la defensa de los derechos de los usuarios y el control ciudadano sobre la prestación que de servicios públicos que realizan las empresas prestadoras.AbstractIn this first research advance on - civic Participation in the Committees of Development and Social Control of the Communes 5, 6 and 7 of Bucaramanga -, it is sought to describe and to characterize starting from the presentation of the results corresponding to the Commune 7, the relationship of the civic participation in the functionality of the development committees and social control, from the identification of the applications of the citizens and the recognition of the mechanisms used for the possible attainment of solutions to the population’s requirements. The previous precision, in the mark of the Regime of Domiciliary Public Services, the defense of the rights of the users and the civic control on the benefit that of public services that give the companies.
