Abstract

This research proposal seeks to explore the most effective management skills to lead professional soccer teams in Tunja. It would investigate how sports leaders can motivate their teams and improve performance on the pitch, as well as how they can address unique leadership challenges in the world of soccer. The latest trends in managerial skills will be examined and their application in the management of soccer teams in Tunja will be analyzed. In the same way, the different roles that one has within the team will be analyzed, thus identifying what his function is and how, from the subject of leadership, he contributes in an objective way in the team for its proper functioning, for this we worked on time with the team. Patriotas soccer team from the city of Tunja, trying to address that there is not a single leader within the squad, but rather that each member contributes in their own way the sense of leadership from their role.
