Resumen

Mediante el estudio de caso objeto de la presente investigación y lo observado en la visita de la gira académica en la Ciudad de Cali, se pretende Optimizar el Programa de Seguridad del paciente que ya se encuentra establecido en el Servicio de Ortodoncia de la IPS SONRÍA Bucaramanga. En la descripción del primer capítulo se plantea el problema, y propósito de esta investigación. En el segundo se define los objetivos del trabajo de grado, en el tercer capítulo se describe el marco de referencia a utilizar en la investigación y contexto institucional de la IPS, en el cuarto capítulo se describe el diseño metodológico a desarrollar, su enfoque, población, la técnica e instrumento de recolección de la información y su análisis de datos. Al finalizar esta investigación de encontrará con las conclusiones de esta investigación y las recomendaciones generadas a la IPS SONRÍA Bucaramanga.

Abstract

By means of the case study object of the present investigation and what was observed in the visit of the academic tour in the City of Cali, it is intended to optimize the Patient Safety Program that is already established in the Orthodontics Service of the IPS SONRÍA Bucaramanga. The problem is described in the description of the first chapter, and the purpose of this investigation. In the second one, the objectives of the degree work are defined, in the third chapter the frame of reference to be used in the research and institutional context of the IPS is described, in the fourth chapter the methodological design to be developed, its approach, population is described , the technique and instrument for collecting information and its data analysis. At the end of this investigation you will find the conclusions of this investigation and the recommendations generated to the IPS SMILE Bucaramanga.
