Objetivo: desarrollar una aplicación web para consejería virtual y aprendizaje sobre temas de educación sexual y reproductiva, implementando un chatbot dirigido a los estudiantes de la Corporación Universitaria Rafael Núñez. Materiales y método: estudio descriptivo de corte transversal, la muestra se centró en adolescentes y jóvenes. Se inició con el diseño del MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) con la temática de salud sexual y reproductiva. Se continuó con la preparación del aplicativo web y el diseño del prototipo chatbot integrado en la plataforma para brindar servicios de consultoría, esto se desarrolló bajo el Modelo-Vista-Controlador (MVC) utilizando las librerías de REACT y BOOTSTRAP de JavaScript. Resultados: con respecto a los contenidos sobre los métodos anticonceptivos el 33.33% de los encuestados lo calificó como Muy bueno, lo que indica que la mayoría lo consideró adecuado. En cuanto a las respuestas del chatbot, el 33.33% de los encuestados lo calificó como Muy bueno, siendo la opción más frecuente. Los resultados de las pruebas de interfaz y funcionalidad permitieron verificar el funcionamiento de la aplicación web, de manera que fuese el adecuado para cumplir con los requerimientos del proyecto. Conclusión: se desarrolló una plataforma web para consejería virtual en salud sexual y reproductiva, la cual brinda acceso a contenidos actualizados para disminuir los comportamientos de riesgo asociados a la sexualidad, a través de un espacio interactivo en el sistema chatbot.
Objective: To develop a web application for virtual counseling and learning on sexual and reproductive education topics, implementing a chatbot aimed at students of the Rafael Núñez University Corporation. Materials and method: Qualitative, descriptive, cross-sectional approach, the sample focused on adolescents and young people. It began with the design of the MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) with the theme of sexual and reproductive health. The preparation of the web application and the design of the chatbot prototype integrated into the platform to provide consulting services continued. This was developed under the Model-View-Controller (MVC) using the REACT and BOOTSTRAP JavaScript libraries. Results: Programming languages and frameworks that were used for the development of the prototype were analyzed, which were Html/Css, JavaScript, Node.js and typescript. These languages are used in large numbers of projects, which makes them very important in the development of web applications. The results of the interface and functionality tests allowed us to verify the operation of the web application, so that it was adequate to meet the project requirements. Regarding the content, a satisfactory evaluation was found by the young people. Conclusion: A web platform for virtual counseling on sexual and reproductive health was developed, which provides access to updated content to reduce risk behaviors associated with sexuality, through an interactive space in the chatbot system.
