| dc.description | Este libro presenta el Programa de Desarrollo Estudiantil implementado entre 2012 y 2016 en la Facultad de Cultura Física, Deporte y Recreación de la Universidad Santo Tomás, sede Bogotá, orientado a identificar y responder a las necesidades de acompañamiento de sus estudiantes, y comprometido con el aseguramiento de condiciones favorables a su permanencia y graduación oportuna. El texto describe las diversas estrategias de acompañamiento que a lo largo del ciclo vital estudiantil responden a las necesidades académicas y personales de los jóvenes, desde su ingreso hasta la culminación del programa profesional de forma paralela al plan de estudios, y describe las formas de organización que hacen viable su ejecución. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | This book presents the Student Development Program implemented between 2012 and 2016 in the Faculty of Physical Culture, Sports and Recreation of the University of Santo Tomas, Bogotá, aimed at identifying and responding to the needs of accompanying their students, and committed to the assurance of favorable conditions for its permanence and timely graduation. The text describes the various accompaniment strategies that throughout the student life cycle respond to the academic and personal needs of students, from their entry to the completion of the professional program in parallel to the curriculum, and describes the forms of organization that make their execution viable. | spa |
