Resumen
Este proyecto de investigación busca analizar los diferentes procesos que se han podido implementar utilizando la Inteligencia Artificial (IA), como principal herramienta para detectar la evasión y asegurar el recaudo de manera más eficiente. La metodología usada para desarrollar este proyecto fue de tipo Histórico-Lógico; se llevó a cabo la revisión en diferentes artículos que permitieron establecer e identificar el impacto que ha logrado la IA en detectar la elusión y la evasión en Colombia, y se determinó que ha sido una herramienta bastante útil ya que ha ayudado a agilizar los diferentes procesos a tiempo.
La IA en la parte tributaria ha ayudado a un mejor funcionamiento en los diferentes tipos de servicios a favor de los contribuyentes y la administración encargada de fiscalizar y recaudar en debida forma los dineros, en forma positiva y con muchos beneficios para ambas partes, aprovechando así la IA para mejorar la eficiencia y fortalecer y contribuir a un mejor desarrollo sostenible en el tiempo.

This research project seeks to analyze the different processes that have been implemented using Artificial Intelligence (AI) as the main tool to detect evasion and ensure more efficient collection. The methodology used to develop this project was Historical-Logical. A review of various articles was conducted, which allowed establishing and identifying the impact that AI has had in detecting avoidance and evasion in Colombia. It was determined to be a very useful tool as it has helped to streamline the different processes in a timely manner.
AI in the tax field has helped improve the functioning of various types of services in favor of taxpayers and the administration responsible for properly overseeing and collecting funds, in a positive way and with many benefits for both parties, thus taking advantage of AI to enhance efficiency and strengthen and contribute to better sustainable development over time.
