| dc.description | El presente informe detalla el desarrollo de la pasantía profesional realizada en la Fundación Cataruben, centrada en la integración de servicios tecnológicos y el fortalecimiento institucional mediante procesos de transformación digital. Durante el período de pasantía, se llevaron a cabo diversas actividades orientadas a la mejora del sistema CQTX, automatización de procesos internos, fortalecimiento de la infraestructura tecnológica, y adopción de buenas prácticas en seguridad de la información basadas en la norma ISO 27001. El informe documenta la participación activa del pasante en el análisis, diseño e implementación de módulos funcionales, así como en la adaptación de scripts para automatización y realización de pruebas unitarias y de seguridad. A partir de noviembre, se asumieron responsabilidades clave en el levantamiento de requerimientos y diseño visual de nuevas funcionalidades, aplicando metodologías de diseño centrado en el usuario. Desde febrero, se lideraron acciones estratégicas en materia de seguridad de la información, incluyendo la creación de un comité, elaboración de procedimientos y puesta en marcha de nuevos sistemas de monitoreo. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This report presents the professional internship experience carried out at Fundación Cataruben, focused on the integration of technological services and institutional strengthening through digital transformation initiatives. Throughout the internship, various activities were conducted to enhance the CQTX system, automate internal processes, improve technological infrastructure, and adopt information security best practices based on the ISO/IEC 27001 standard. The report documents the intern’s active involvement in the analysis, design, and implementation of functional modules, as well as the adaptation of automation scripts and execution of unit and security tests. Starting in November, key responsibilities were assumed in requirements gathering and visual design of new functionalities, applying user-centered design and functional analysis methodologies. From February onward, the intern led strategic actions in information security, including the creation of a security committee, development of core procedures, and implementation of new monitoring systems. | |
