Propuesta de documentación BIM para la supervisión de un proyecto Retail en Bucaramanga, Santander

Abstract

The construction of Retail projects in Colombia has shown problems in technical documents such as plans or calculation reports during execution, because of stages prior to construction and during execution when they are found. However, with the use of Building Information BIM modeling methodology from the early design stages, these drawbacks can be changed using modeling and documentation tools that allow the project to be organized and developed. The following research presents a compilation of information related to the BIM methodology, where the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) was developed, taking into account the client requirements model established in the Employer's Information Requirement EIR and other opinions that indicates the BIM methodology, generating an orderly and controlled procedure for the development of a project in the Retail sector, where the general information of the project is indicated, and the different roles, information flow, deliverables, budget and schedule that must be played throughout. the cycle. of the project, having a common data center where the information will be stored clearly.
