Tunja siendo una ciudad intermedia absorbe imprevisiblemente fenómenos de ocupaciónque se producen desde lo simbólico e intangible hasta lo material y tangible que altera con mayor fuerza la estructura histórica y de tradición de la ciudad. Debido a esta condición nos interesa saber que sucede con el espacio público como primer elemento de la configuración de la temporalidad, que permita en el mejor de los casos administrar los fenómenos de ocupación de la ciudad para facilitar la permanencia caso contrario generarlas acciones que produzcan las regulaciones necesarias para la sostenibilidad del centro histórico.ABSTRACTBeing Tunja an intermediate city, it unforseeably absorbs occupation phenomena that take place from the symbolic and the intangible to the material and tangible that alters with greater force the historical and tradition structure of the city. Due to this condition it interests the authors to know what happens to the public space as the first element of the configuration of the temporality, that allows, hopefully, to manage the phenomena of occupation of the city to facilitate the permanency, otherwise, to generate the actions that produce the necessary regulations for the sustainability of the historical center.
