| dc.description | The article offers reflections that emphasize the validity of the proceeding that is condensed in the symbolic, biblical and pastoral expression of the signs of the times. First, it proposes central ideas from the work of Christoph Theobald about the principle of pastorality that he identifies as the great legacy of the Council. Second, the text refers to the methodological debate that arose in the drafting stage of Gaudium et spes. Particular attention to the arguments shows that an important transformation in theological methodology was taking place. Finally, the paper reflects on the relevance of this way of proceeding towards the current cultural conditions of humanity characterized by cultural pluralism and religious diversity. | en |
| dc.description | El artículo ofrece consideraciones que destacan la vigencia de la forma de proceder que se condensa en la expresión simbólica, bíblica y pastoral de signos de los tiempos. Primero, propone ideas centrales de la obra de Christoph Theobald acerca del principio de pastoralidad que el autor identifica como el gran legado del Concilio. En segundo lugar, el artículo refiere el debate metodológico que surgió en la etapa de redacción de la constitución pastoral Gaudium et spes. Una atención a los argumentos de entonces muestra que se estaba produciendo una transformación importante en la metodología teológica. Finalmente, el artículo reflexiona sobre la pertinencia de esta forma de proceder ante las actuales condiciones culturales de la humanidad caracterizadas por el pluralismo cultural y la diversidad religiosa. | es |
