dc.descriptionEl grupo de estudiantes del Colegio Virtual Andinos, están teniendo problemas al pronunciar las palabras en inglés de manera correcta durante sus lecciones. Aun conociendo el significado de muchos términos, se les dificulta su pronunciación. La idea es describir el resultado de una estrategia basada en la escucha e imitación de sonidos de la lengua extrajera para que ellos logren enunciar las palabras apropiadamente. La pronunciación correcta como algunos investigadores lo sugieren, facilita la comunicación y ayuda a ganar confianza durante el proceso de aprendizaje. dc.description.abstractThe group of 10-3 students of Virtual Andinos College is having trouble in pronouncing the words correctly in English during their lessons. Although they know the meaning of many terms, they find it difficult to pronounce them correctly. The idea is to describe the result of a strategy based on listening practice and imitation of sounds that will help them to enunciate properly in the foreign language. Correct pronunciation as some researchers have said facilitates communication and helps the learner to gain confidence during the learning process. Keywords: Phonology, pronunciation, strategy.spa
