dc.descriptionEl voleibol piso de Brasil y Colombia se encuentra en un contexto de profundización profesional que avanza rápido, más en Brasil que en Colombia, se enfoca en la actualización constante de metodologías de entrenamiento basadas en la evidencia, la adaptación de tecnologías de evaluación y monitoreo, desde sensores inerciales hasta plataformas de análisis táctico y la integración de análisis de datos para mejorar la toma de decisiones prácticas de la carga, recuperación y prevención de lesiones. Se tomaron como criterio de inclusión la búsqueda sistemática de artículos científicos y documentos oficiales publicados entre los años 2016 y 2025, consultados en bases de datos académicas como PubMed, Scielo, ScienceDirect y Google Scholar, priorizando estudios aplicados a ligas profesionales, selecciones nacionales, los criterios de exclusión son toda aquella información antigua o no conclusa. Se justifica una revisión narrativa en este contexto que resulta pertinente notar como los estudios enriquecen la literatura que ha crecido gradualmente en la última década (2016–2025) ayudando al mejoramiento del entrenamiento de esta disciplina , teniendo en cuenta e incluyendo revisiones y estudios aplicados en ligas de alto nivel, Brasil como referente mundial en esta disciplina deportiva por su organización competitiva (Superliga) y Colombia ha estado avanzando en procesos de caracterización deportiva, formación y adopción de herramientas tecnológicas de análisis (Debien et al., 2018; de Leeuw et al., 2022; Duarte et al., 2023; Nascimento et al., 2023). Esta disciplina deportiva es una de las más complicadas puesto que cuando es tu turno para ejercer tu acción si fallas el punto se perderá, volviendo al deporte muy competitivo y técnico.
dc.description.abstractThe volleyball scene in Brazil and Colombia is undergoing rapid professional development, more so in Brazil than in Colombia. This development focuses on the constant updating of evidence-based training methodologies, the adaptation of assessment and monitoring technologies—from inertial sensors to tactical analysis platforms—and the integration of data analysis to improve practical decision-making regarding training load, recovery, and injury prevention. The inclusion criterion was a systematic search of scientific articles and official documents published between 2016 and 2025, consulted in academic databases such as PubMed, SciELO, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. Priority was given to studies applied to professional leagues and national teams. Exclusion criteria included outdated or inconclusive information. A narrative review is justified in this context, and it is pertinent to note how these studies enrich the literature that has gradually grown over the last decade (2016–2025), contributing to the improvement of training in this discipline. This includes reviews and studies applied in high-level leagues, with Brazil as a world leader in this sport due to its competitive organization (Superliga), and Colombia, which has been advancing in processes of sports characterization, training, and adoption of technological analysis tools (Debien et al., 2018; de Leeuw et al., 2022; Duarte et al., 2023; Nascimento et al., 2023). This sport is one of the most complex because when it is your turn to act, if you fail, the point is lost, making it a highly competitive and technical sport.
