Abstract

The city hall of Tunja through the social protection secretariat is responsible for formulating and executing the promotion and prevention actions within the framework of the current public health regulations, and is in charge of carrying out the control of all commercial establishments (food and not food) of the city of Tunja. This is done by legally established forms that is completed by officials and designees. The project consists of developing a mobile application that visualizes the establishments that were assigned to an official and that can fill out the forms according to their category, the application allows the registration of information, taking photographs for evidence of the findings found, in addition the person in charge of the the creation of the record of having received the visit, finally the collected information is saved and a PDF file is generated with it.
