dc.description	En este artículo investigativo abordaremos el proceso disciplinario en Colombia el cual tiene como objetivo primero identificar, segundo investigar y tercero sancionar todas aquellas conductas del servidor público o un particular con funciones públicas que atenten contra la buena marcha de la administración y produzca daños por el incumplimiento de sus funciones. Por otro lado, analizaremos la sanción disciplinaria impuesta en el año 2019 a el señor Gustavo Francisco Petro Urrego por parte de la Procuraduría General de la Nación, donde se destituye como Alcalde de Bogotá y se inhabilita por 15 años para ejercer cargos públicos. Así mismo observaremos el análisis y recomendaciones realizadas por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos sobre el mismo. Finalmente estudiaremos la Ley 2094 de 2021 por medio de la cual se reforma el código único disciplinario, donde se hace caso omiso a las recomendaciones realizadas por la Corte Interamericana de derechos Humanos y sus implicaciones para el Estado Colombiano al darle funciones jurisdiccionales a la Procuraduría General de la Nación.	spa
dc.description.abstract	In this investigative article we will address the disciplinary process in Colombia which aims first to identify, second to investigate and third to sanction all those behaviors of the public servant or an individual with public functions that threaten the good progress of the administration and produce damages for non-compliance. of its functions. On the other hand, we will analyze the disciplinary sanction imposed in 2019 on Mr. Gustavo Francisco Petro Urrego by the Attorney General's Office, where he is removed as Mayor of Bogotá and is disqualified for 15 years from holding public office. Likewise, we will observe the analysis and recommendations made by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights on it. Finally, we will study Law 2094 of 2021 by means of which the single disciplinary code is reformed, where the recommendations made by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and its implications for the Colombian State are ignored by giving jurisdictional functions to the Attorney General's Office. of the Nation.	spa
