| dc.description | The present article aims to travel the path of the public social politics in Brazil, focusing the constitution of the social attendance politics. Considering that since the Federal Constitution of 1988 to the current Unique System of the Social Attendance the family is prioritized in the law, we centered our discussion in the social programs of attention to the family, bringing discussions for the practices of the psychology.
