dc.descriptionEl fin de un conflicto armado suele alcanzarse, en términos generales, a través de dos vías: por medio de una negociación política llevada a cabo por las partes en confrontación, o por la victoria militar de uno de los actores. De cualquier forma, este periodo que inicia con el cese de hostilidades entre las partes enfrentadas es entendido como posconflicto (Rettberg y Guizado, 2002, p. 19), y los Estados, al igual que la sociedad en su conjunto, acostumbran encaminar esfuerzos a fortalecer sus instituciones con miras a iniciar un proceso de reconstrucción de confianza con la ciudadanía.spa
