Resumen
El proyecto se desarrolló desde la comprensión de la problemática de la vivienda de interéssocial en Colombia y particularmente en Quibdó, Chocó. La solución se plantea desdetres escalas de aproximación: la ciudad como elemento de análisis para proponer sistemasfuncionales y su forma de configurarla, la unidad de actuación urbanística para el sectordesde la implantación del proyecto, y la propuesta arquitectónica para el desarrollo delproyecto de vivienda y las unidades de vivienda, escala en la cual se le dio especial importanciaa la flexibilidad en la vivienda, el manejo bioclimático y la relación de la vivienda conlas características funcionales que permitieran proveer condiciones adecuadas de entornofísico, económico, social y cultural.El proyecto se llevó a cabo con la coordinación del Arq. Luis Ardila Cancino y con la asesoríadel Arq. José Alejandro Gómez Suárez.ABSTRACTThe project was developed from the understanding of the problematic of the social interesthousing in Colombia and particularly in Quibdo, Choco. The solution is considered fromthree scales of approach: the city as element of analysis to propose functional systemsand the way of configurating them, the unit of city-planning action for the sector fromthe implantation of the project, and the architectonic proposal for the development ofthe housing project and the housing units, scale in which special importance was given tothe flexibility in the house, the bio-climatic handling and the relation of the house with thefunctional characteristics that allow to provide suitable conditions of physical, economic,social and cultural surroundings.The project was carried out with the coordination of the Architect Luis Ardila Cancinowith the consultancy of Architect Jose Alexander Gomez Suarez.
