| dc.description | A través de estas páginas se persigue aportar algunas reflexiones en torno a la relación de derecho y política ambiental. Aquí se plantean algunas inquietudes sobre la manera en que la Bioética como ciencia interdisciplinaria ha contribuido sustancialmente en la construcciónde un pensamiento, lo cual ha llevado a mayor toma de conciencia sobre el medio ambiente (ecoética). Con base en autores como Blázquez, Herranz, Hottois, Parizeau, Ricoeur, Thévenot, entre otros; se pretende dejar el tema abierto para futuras intervenciones que traten con mayor profundidad cuestiones jurídicas concernientes a la Bioética.Atañen a esta reflexión temas fundamentales que giran alrededor de la vida y que hoy son muy controvertidos. Estamos pues ante un diálogo que permite tomar en serio la pluralidad en su basto sentido, como elemento importante del discernimiento en el actuar cotidiano humano, o en otros términos, es la apelación a la razón moral del hombre, pues toda éticaque toma en serio al hombre indaga sobre el sentido último de su ser. | es |
