dc.description | Este estudio interpreta y establece las relaciones entrelazadas de experiencias de vida en el país de origen y en el extranjero de un maestro de inglés como lengua extranjera en formación. Enriqueciendo la investigación, la profesora en formación y dos participantes más, Adriana de Colombia y Racheeda de Barbados que tienen o han tenido experiencias similares viviendo en el exterior, comparten sus historias a través de narrativas. Como instrumento de recopilación de datos que se acerca más a las historias, sentimientos y perspectivas de las personas, se aplica un diario para recopilar la experiencia del maestro en formación; y una entrevista para cada uno de los participantes externos. La investigación también desarrolla un análisis temático del cual surgieron y se descomponen tres temas, los cuales conducen a diferentes reflexiones sobre el retrato del docente en formación. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | This study interprets and stablishes the intertwined relationships of the home-country and abroad living experiences of an EFL pre-service teacher. Enriching the research, the pre- service teacher and two participants more, Adriana from Colombia and Racheeda from Barbados who have or had similar experiences living abroad, they all share their stories through narratives. As the data collection instruments that goes closer to people’s stories, feelings, and perspectives a journal is applied to collect the pre-service teacher’s experience; and an interview for each of the outer participants. The research also develops a thematic analysis from which three themes emerged and are decomposed; they lead to different reflections regarding the pre-service teacher portray. | spa |
