Plan prospectivo estratégico. Unidad para la atención y reparación integral a las víctimas 2020-2030

Abstract

The Unit for Attention and Comprehensive Reparation to Victims is a Special Administrative Unit of the national order, it is attached to the Department of Social Prosperity (DPS), which has legal status, administrative and patrimonial autonomy, also belongs to the sector of social inclusion and the peace. It is part of the executive branch, it is a public entity that focuses its attention mainly on three processes such as: Attending, Assisting and Repairing the Victims of the armed conflict in Colombia according to Law 1448 of 2012, this is a national entity that has with 25 territories throughout the Colombian geography throughout different departments and regions. The Magdalena Medio Territorial Directorate is one of the territorial ones with a particularity and that is that it represents a region but not a department like the others, it is a territorial one that has competence in 4 departments (Santander, Boyacá, Antioquia, Caldas). This strategic prospective plan seeks that the possible scenarios start from the present reality, identifying objectives and relevant actions to project its vision in the medium and long term and also mitigate those possible threats in the face of adverse external and internal situations, seeking the traceability of its operation operational.
