dc.descriptionEste documento describe un proyecto de investigación que consiste en una innovación pedagógica llevada a cabo con un grupo de estudiantes de 11 ° grado en un colegio vocacional en la ciudad de Chiquinquirá, en Boyacá, Colombia, en respuesta a un requisito de macro proyecto para la graduación en el B.A. En Enseñanza De La Lengua Inglesa en la Universidad Santo Tomás, Sobre la base de una encuesta de análisis de necesidades, que reveló la falta de práctica con respecto a las habilidades para hablar, se tuvieron en cuenta cuatro tipos de actividades comunicativas (juegos de roles, tarjetas de roles, vacíos de información, simulaciones) para la implementación de (8) ocho talleres con el objetivo en el desarrollo de habilidades orales en una clase de inglés de negocios, teniendo en cuenta las características principales y las premisas de las habilidades orales / orales, la enseñanza de la lengua comunicativa (CLT) junto con el inglés para fines específicos (ESP) como los principales fundamentos literarios de esta consulta . Los cambios en la práctica pedagógica, en el papel del docente, en el diseño del programa y en las actitudes de los alumnos hacia su proceso de aprendizaje también se describen en este documento. Los videos de audio y sus correspondientes transcripciones, las listas de verificación de los observadores junto con las revistas de reflexión proporcionan la evidencia de la mejora de la comunicación oral de los estudiantes, así como otras implicaciones y cambios, necesarios para una implementación exitosa de este proyecto de investigación de acción en el futuro. ya sea la propia autora o cualquier otro practicante de EFL en Colombia.spa
dc.description.abstractThis document describes a research project consisting of a pedagogical innovation carried out with a group of 11th graders at a vocational school in Chiquinquirá city, in Boyacá, Colombia, in response to a macro project requirement for the graduation in the B.A. in English Language Teaching at Santo Tomas University in Colombia, South America. Based on a needs analysis survey, which revealed the lack of practice regarding speaking skills, four types of communicative activities (Role-Plays, Role-Cards, Information Gaps, Simulations ) were taken into consideration for the implementation of (8) eight workshops aiming at the development of oral skills in a business English class, taking into consideration the main features and premises of the Speaking / Oral skills, Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) along with English for Specific Purposes (ESP) as the main literary foundations of this query. The changes in the pedagogical practice, in the role of the teacher, in the syllabus design and in learners’ attitudes towards their learning process are also described in this paper. Audio videos and their corresponding transcriptions, observer´s checklists along with reflection journals provide the evidence of the improvement of students’ oral communication, as well as other implications and changes, necessary for a successful implementation of this action research project in the future, by either the author herself or any other practitioners of EFL in Colombia.spa
