dc.descriptionThis paper presents the results of the monitoring and data collection on the reform of the code of administrative procedure and administrative litigation - hereinafter CPACA - in relation to its incidence in tax matters. In this sense, after a follow-up to the explanatory statement of Bill 07 of July 20, 2019 -now Law 2080 of 2021- in contrast to the original text of Law 1437 of 2011 and the national tax statute, they were identified the effects of the new regulatory provisions on tax matters, which were the object of criticism, analysis, and legal reflection.en-US
dc.descriptionEn este artículo se presentan los resultados del monitoreo y recolección de datos sobre la reforma del código de procedimiento administrativo y de lo contencioso administrativo -en adelante CPACA- en relación con su incidencia en materia tributaria. En este sentido, tras un seguimiento a la exposición de motivos del proyecto de ley 07 del 20 de julio de 2019 -hoy ley 2080 de 2021- en contraste con el texto original de la ley 1437 de 2011, la ley 1564 de 2012 y el estatuto tributario nacional -en su parte adjetiva-, se identificaron los efectos de las nuevas disposiciones normativas en asuntos tributarios, los cuales fueron objeto de investigación, crítica, análisis y reflexión jurídica.es-ES
