Definir el tipo de organización para la ejecución de un proyecto reclama conocer los rasgos distintivos de las formas de organización empresarial,dentro de las cuales se encuentran Consorcio y Unión Temporal. En este documento se realiza una descripción de una y otra figura a partir del tratamiento legal en el derecho colombiano, sus rasgos distintivos, contenido y funcionamiento en la sociedad que permite tener una conceptualización clara, sobre esta nueva categoría jurídica.AbstractIn order to define the organization type for the execution of a project, it is necessary to know about the distinctive features in the ways of managerial organization, inside which are Consortium and Temporary Union. This document presents a description of different figures starting from the legal treatment in the Colombian right, their distinctive features, content and operation in the society that allows to have a clear conceptualization, on this new legal category.
