dc.description	La educación ha sido un aspecto importante en la vida de los seres humanos, ya que ha formado ciudadanos capaces de adaptarse a la sociedad, siempre cambiante y en evolución, y a sus demandas y exigencias. Teniendo en cuenta esta importancia, ha habido muchos enfoques y formas de mejorarla. Sin lugar a dudas, la gestión educativa pretende mejorar los procesos y requerimientos educativos, incluyendo el aprendizaje de una lengua extranjera. El presente estudio desarrollado en un colegio privado bilingüe colombiano, ofrece un análisis de la incidencia de la gestión educativa en el proceso de aprendizaje de la lengua extranjera utilizando la plataforma myON de los estudiantes de grado sexto, buscando posturas de solución para provocar un cambio que conlleve al mejoramiento del ambiente de aprendizaje bilingüe.	spa
dc.description.abstract	Education has been an important aspect in humans’ lives, as it has brought up citizens who are able to adapt to the always changing and evolving society and its demands and requirements. Considering this importance, there have been many approaches and ways to improve it. Without a doubt, educational management is meant to improve the educational processes and requirements, including the learning of a foreign language. This study developed in a Colombian bilingual private school provides an analysis of the incidence of educational management in the foreign language learning process using the myON platform of sixth grade learners, seeking for solution postures to cause a change that leads to the improvement of the bilingual learning environment.	spa
