| dc.description | The following dissertation intends to present to the academic community the investigation “Judicial Independence in the Legal Social State: An analysis since the Upper Counsel of Judgeship of Colombia”, as well as, a preliminary analysis of the state of the art on the theme. The text is divided into three sections: conceptualization, periods of study, production on the theme and conclusions, in which stands out the fundamental aspects to be able to make a study in depth establishing the shortage in the theme and redirecting the theory to the current contexts. | en |

El texto se divide en tres apartados: conceptualización, períodos de estudio y producción sobre el tema, y conclusiones, en los cuales, se resaltan los aspectos fundamentales para poder hacer un estudio a profundidad determinado los vacios en el tema y re-direccionando la teoría a los contextos actuales. | es |
