Resumen
El proceso de caracterización y análisis de las artes y oficios en el departamento de Norte de Santander, posibilitó la identificación de los referentes culturales y los factores afines al entorno que inciden en el diseño de una escuela de artes y oficios y que, articulados a su proceso proyectual, sirven de base para valorar, recuperar y fortalecer los saberes artísticos, artesanales y técnicos locales, como prerrequisito para la búsqueda de un desarrollo sinérgico del municipio de Pamplona.ABSTRACTThe process of characterization and analysis of arts and crafts in the department of Norte de Santander, enabled the identification of cultural references and the environment related factors that influence the design of a school of arts and crafts and, linked to their projective process, provide a basis to assess, restore and strengthen the local artistic, craft and technical knowledge, as a prerequisite to the search for synergistic development of the municipality of Pamplona.
