La defensa de los derechos humanos, han permitido que la tiranía sea rechazada, expulsada y a su vez controlada, de esta manera los ciudadanos tienen la plena confianza que el Estado garantizara las etapas procesales y ejercer el principio de la contradicción como también el derecho a la no repetición y reparación. Todo esto ha permitido tanto la víctima y/o víctimas como el victimario tengan un juicio justo y sean retribuido según el contexto de los hechos. En ese orden de ideas, es una víctima inocente y que lo protege los derechos universales del niño, niña y adolescentes, de acuerdo como reza en su artículo 44 de la carta magna. Irónicamente queda desprotegida más aun cuando no tiene respaldo alguno de otro familiar, lo que aumenta más su inseguridad tanto legal como social. Dicho todo esto, este fenómeno ignorado y poco analizado ha permitido perpetuar los daños en los niños, niñas y adolescentes, creando así generaciones en el olvido tanto judicial como social.
Abstract
Defense of human rights, have allowed tyranny to be rejected, expelled and in turn controlled, in this way citizens have full confidence that the State will guarantee the procedural stages and exercise the principle of contradiction as well as the right to not repetition and repair. All of this has allowed both the victim and/or victims as well as the perpetrator to have a fair trial and be compensated according to the context of the facts. In that order of ideas, he is an innocent victim and is protected by the universal rights of children and adolescents, in accordance with article 44 of the Magna Carta. Ironically, she is even more unprotected when she does not have any support from another family member, which further increases her legal and social insecurity. Having said all this, this ignored and little-analyzed phenomenon has perpetuated the damage to children and adolescents, thus creating generations of legal and social oblivion.
